Rihanna and Mikky Ekko’s ‘Stay’ gets a new sound

Branchez, who i’ve never heard of before, has released a ‘bootleg’ of rihanna’s ‘stay’ and it is fire. I have been feeling this rework so damn much. He speeds up the vocals a bit adds lots of percussion and gives the track a whole new feel. Also, I love the original, but this is one of the cases where I like the rework better! Enjoy.

Quality Rendition of ‘No Scrubs’ over beat from ‘Angels’ by Bastille

I don’t know much about the man behind Bastille, but I sure do know that I like his take on TLC’s ‘No Scrubs.’ So I’m always skeptical of contemporaries doing their own takes on classics, but I’ve also been pleasantly surprised a number of times including this one. Here we have Bastille doing the vocals for ‘No Scrubs’ over the beat from the xx’s track ‘Angels.’ Enjoy.
